Our 22 Creedmoor is loaded to fit in rifles running the standard .081 freebore or longer. The net result is the 6mm BRX []. But the popularity of this round, although not gaining momentum as fast as the 6.5mm Creedmoor, or the new 224 Valkyrie has (admittedly because it is not marketed as much by manufacturers because it means normal current Creedmoor rifles can easily be converted to 22 Creedmoor), is starting to gather speed. Edit May 2022: After researching for the origins of the 6mm Creedmoor, I stumbled upon an even earlier post, where member skeetlee started a thread first suggesting necking down a 6.5 Creedmoor to a 6mm, an then later joked about also just doing it in a .22cal version.
